Packaging
All orders are beautifully presented and securely packed with the utmost care. Orders are dispatched in recyclable packaging where possible.
Dispatch
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. I often post the same day or the following morning, so if you've forgotten to add something to your order please email me at info@penelopetextiles.com as soon as possible with your order number and I'll do my best to help before it goes.
Postage Costs
Free postage is available on all UK orders over £75. For orders under £50 I use Royal Mail or Air Mail; for orders over £50 a tracked service is used as standard. Upgrades are available, including next-day Special Delivery if you need something urgently — just get in touch.
International Orders
I ship worldwide from the Scottish Borders, Scotland.
United States, Canada & Mexico
Any applicable import duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout, so there will be no unexpected charges waiting for you on delivery. The price you pay is the price you pay — no surprises.
European Union
Orders are dispatched as standard international parcels. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs charges on arrival in your country, which are levied by your local customs authority. These are not collected at checkout and are your responsibility to pay on delivery. I'd encourage you to check your country's import thresholds before ordering if you are unsure.
Rest of the World
Customers outside the UK, EU, and North America are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply in their country. These vary by destination and are not collected at checkout.
