A charming Sajou cross stitch kit to embroider a small decorative pot featuring the Norman Knights of the Bayeux Tapestry — those distinctive mounted figures with their kite shields, chain mail hauberks and lances that charge through the most dramatic scenes of the Conquest.
The kit includes:
A Sajou pattern chart for the Norman Knight design
A 14 cm square piece of Sajou sand linen, 32-count
Laine St Pierre embroidery wool
A round box with metal base and lid, a cardboard disc for mounting the embroidery, and a band of matching patterned paper to cover the side of the box
The finished embroidered pot measures 4.2 cm high and 7.3 cm in diameter.
This pot kit is also available in the following designs: Harold's Coronation, King Harold's Boat, Bayeux Animals and Mont St Michel. The full range of Bayeux Tapestry scene kits and the large kit are also available in my shop.
Good for my sewing projects thank you. Its nice to still get some Nottingham lace. I have family heritage with Nottingham lace-my great grandfather x3 part owned one of the lace factories in Nottingham.
