Sajou Cross Stitch Kit Cushion - Versailles Palace Silhouette

A lovely Sajou cross stitch kit to make a cushion featuring a silhouette of the Palace of Versailles, part of the Sajou Museum & Heritage collection.

The design shows the iconic facade of Versailles as seen from the front on arriving at the Place d’Armes. The lettering is inspired by the ‘Apollo’ typeface used in the Palace’s own visual identity — a thoughtful detail that gives the design an authenticity to match its subject.

The motif measures 200 x 100 stitches, giving a finished embroidery size of approximately 33.3 x 16.7 cm and a finished cushion size of 40.3 x 23.7 cm on 12-count linen.

The kit includes:

• Full-colour pattern chart printed on an A3 sheet
• One 46 x 28 cm piece of 12-count off-white embroidery linen
• One 46 x 27 cm piece of 100% cotton backing fabric
• 2 cards of Retors du Nord embroidery thread no. 2005
