A charming Sajou cross stitch kit to embroider a small decorative pot featuring the Norman Knights of the Bayeux Tapestry — those distinctive mounted figures with their kite shields, chain mail hauberks and lances that charge through the most dramatic scenes of the Conquest.

The kit includes:

• A Sajou pattern chart for the Norman Knight design
• A 14 cm square piece of Sajou sand linen, 32-count
• Laine St Pierre embroidery wool
• A round box with metal base and lid, a cardboard disc for mounting the embroidery, and a band of matching patterned paper to cover the side of the box

The finished embroidered pot measures 4.2 cm high and 7.3 cm in diameter.
