Nottingham Cluny lace in a torchon crescents design — an elegant lace featuring crescent motifs on a classic torchon ground, worked in a heavier cotton thread giving a more substantial, tactile quality, with a pretty picot edge. 5.5cm (2.17") deep, sold by the metre in a continuous piece.

Made by 10th generation lacemakers — the last remaining manufacturers in the UK, whose clients include Royal Households and Haute Couture houses. Materials: 95% cotton, 5% nylon.
