Description and Details

Nottingham Cluny lace in a fringed torchon design — a distinctive wide lace featuring guipure flowers on a torchon ground along the top with a decorative fringe hanging from the lower edge, worked in a heavier cotton thread giving a more substantial, tactile quality. 8.7cm (3.43") deep, sold by the metre in a continuous piece.

Made by 10th generation lacemakers — the last remaining manufacturers in the UK, whose clients include Royal Households and Haute Couture houses. Materials: 95% cotton, 5% nylon.
