The lace measures 2.7 cm/ 1 inch deep .

It is sold by the meter in a continuous piece.

The lace was made by the last remaining manufacturers in the UK, who produced the lace for Kate Middleton's wedding and bridesmaid dresses.

They can boast nine generations of lace making and clientele that includes Haute Couture houses and Royalty

These are wonderful and very finely made. I had bought cheaper lace elsewhere and expected this to be much the same but it was perfectly thin and works for my cotton lawn projects as it's not too bulky.
