Nottingham Cluny lace in an openwork scallops design — a dainty narrow lace where delicate openwork scallops form both the pattern and the edge, worked in a heavier cotton thread giving a more substantial, tactile quality. 2cm (0.79") deep, sold by the metre in a continuous piece.

Made by 10th generation lacemakers — the last remaining manufacturers in the UK, whose clients include Royal Households and Haute Couture houses. Materials: 95% cotton, 5% nylon.
