Sajou Decouvit embroidery scissors, made in Haute-Marne, the French region historically devoted to scissor making. Sold under the Decouvit brand, a maker of precision cutting tools since 1930 — so synonymous with seam rippers that "Decouvit" has become the French generic term for one.
