A box of 12 Sajou Fil au Chinois Calais lace making thread cocoons in Assortment No.2 — Pastel Tones.

This assortment contains 12 soft pastel colours: Sky Blue (6750), Pale Yellow (6323), White (6100), Almond (6803), Beige (6212), Jade Green (6802), Mauve (6603), Light Brown (6253), Grey (6110), Blue (6774), Salmon (6598), and Pink (6586).

Made from three strands of twisted mercerised cotton — equivalent to DMC No. 80 — these threads are equally well suited to sewing and embroidery as they are to lace making.

Each cocoon holds approximately 110 metres of thread, wound to pull cleanly from the centre, preventing knotting and wastage.

Also available in five other assortments and as a full gift set of 72 cocoons.
