A beautiful jacquard woven ribbon showing folk style horses against a black ground. The jacquard weave gives a three dimensional, almost embroidered effect that lifts the design from the ribbon and adds luxury to finished work. The ribbon measures 60 mm (2.35 inches) wide and is woven to a high standard on historic jacquard looms in Germany.
Jacquard ribbon is versatile. Use it for headbands, cuff bracelets, chokers, pet collars, trims on garments, waistbands, button bands and decorative bands on skirts. It also works beautifully for bookmarks, quilt accents, cushions and luxury craft projects where a three dimensional, heritage design is required.
