Nottingham Cluny lace in a traditional torchon design — a classic bobbin lace-style ground worked in a heavier cotton thread, giving a more substantial, tactile quality, with a pretty picot edge. 2cm (0.78") deep, sold by the metre in a continuous piece.

Made by 10th generation lacemakers — the last remaining manufacturers in the UK, whose clients include Royal Households and Haute Couture houses. Materials: 95% cotton, 5% nylon.
