A refined jacquard woven ribbon featuring delicate rose hips motifs in grey against a black ground. The jacquard weave creates a three dimensional, almost embroidered effect that lifts the design from the ribbon and adds a tactile, heritage finish. The ribbon measures 10 mm (0.4 inches) wide and is woven to a high standard on traditional jacquard looms in Germany.

Care and handling guidance:
Press the ribbon with a hot iron and plenty of steam before use to prevent puckering. If the ribbon contains lurex or viscose effect threads, use a cooler setting. Machine wash ribbons without effect threads up to 60°C. Ribbons with lurex, viscose or other effect fibres should be washed at 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Iron at level 2 to 3 for standard ribbons, and at level 1 to 2 where effect threads are present.
Uses and suitability:
Jacquard ribbon is highly versatile. Use it for trims on garments, waistbands, cuffs and collars, narrow bindings, piping, headbands, bookmarks, quilt accents, cushions and refined craft projects where a narrow, raised design is desired.
