Sajou needlepoint kit for making small snowflake tree decorations, each approximately 5.5 cm in diameter. The motifs are worked in tent stitch using Laine Saint-Pierre and Tonkin sparkling embroidery thread, then assembled with padded centres and fabric backs.
The kit contains a 20 × 20 cm piece of 7-count cotton mono canvas, eight Laine Saint-Pierre cards (360, 534 × 3, 690 × 2 and 855 × 2), and three Tonkin cards in shade 1503.
Also included are two 14 × 14 cm foam board squares, two pieces of extra-thick wadding of the same size, four 10 × 10 cm pieces of backing fabric, and a chart pack with stitching charts and assembly templates. Everything is supplied in a reusable Sajou cardboard box.
The designs are not printed on the canvas; they are worked from the charts. To assemble the decorations, you will also need a hot-glue gun, a precision craft knife and baking parchment. These are not included.
