Description and Details
This Sajou Museum Heritage Marie Antoinette cross stitch kit brings the elegance of 18th century French design into your needlework. The motif centres on the intertwined initials associated with Queen Marie Antoinette, recognised throughout the Petit Trianon and other royal residences as a personalised emblem.
The kit is presented as a heritage embroidery project that invites both stitchers and collectors to engage with a historic motif. Inside the box you will find a printed Sajou pattern chart for the Marie Antoinette motif, a piece of pink embroidery linen suited to counted cross stitch, and a Retors du Nord thread card matched to the design colours. Also included are the materials you need to complete and display your work in a round presentation box with metal base and lid, plus wadding and covering materials to mount the finished embroidery.
The finished pot piece measures approximately 4.2 cm in height and 7.3 cm in diameter, making it a delightful decorative accent or gift. The combination of heritage design, premium materials and classic presentation makes this kit rewarding to stitch and attractive to display whether you enjoy stitch art, history or decorative craft.
The intertwined “M” and “A” form the Royal Cypher. This monogram is found all over the Petit Trianon.
