Description and Details

Nottingham Cluny lace in a diamond and raised spots design — a classic torchon guipure ground with raised spot motifs and diamond patterning, worked in a heavier cotton thread giving a more substantial, tactile quality, with a pretty picot edge. 8.5cm (3.35") deep, sold by the metre in a continuous piece.

Made by 10th generation lacemakers — the last remaining manufacturers in the UK, whose clients include Royal Households and Haute Couture houses. Materials: 95% cotton, 5% nylon.
