Large Antique Linen Damask lace Doily Topper- Hand Knotted Lace

Description and Details

A large antique doily of polka dot linen with whitework hand embroidery to the edges and with a hand knotted lace edging.

It is very rare to find an example of this lace in such good condition, the doily has been carefully stored and has not been re laundered.

The Doily is in excellent condition with no holes or breaks in the lace (please see photos) and measures 56 x 75 cm/ 22 x 29.5 inches.
