A beautiful Sajou tea towel to embroider — made in France from natural unbleached 32-count linen (12 threads per cm) with a classic navy blue check, and finished with a hanging loop and a Maison Sajou label.

The regular weave and just enough starch give the linen an excellent handle whilst stitching and a beautiful, crisp finish once complete. Tea towels are one of the most satisfying things to embroider — they are large enough to make a real impression, practical enough to use every day, and make a genuinely lovely handmade gift. Work whatever design you like in cross stitch, surface embroidery or even broderie de Jouy — the checked ground provides a ready-made grid if you need it.

The tea towel measures 55 x 85 cm.
