A pair of Sajou ball tipped Boutis embroidery scissors, 9cm long. One blade has a rounded tip, designed for cutting through a single layer of fabric without piercing the layer beneath — essential for Boutis, the traditional Provencal quilting technique where raised effects are created by stuffing between stitched layers.

Hot forged and chrome finished. Made in Nogent, France, the traditional home of French scissor making.
