A beautiful Sajou Heritage cross stitch chart depicting one of the battle scenes from The Battle of Hastings as shown in the Bayeux Tapestry.

The scene is a condensed version of one of the battle scenes where William of Normandy raises his helmet to put paid to the rumour that he has fallen in battle. His brother Odo urges the troops forwards.

The size of the motif is 355 x 95 points. If sewn onto 32 count embroidery linen the finished size would be 59 x 16 cm.

The pattern chart is A3, printed in matt and can be written on should you need to mark any references.
